At Just Long Hair Ltd, we operate with international warehouses situated across Asia. Our dedicated team is committed to expediting the processing of your orders.

Whenever feasible, your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse. However, it's important to note that the majority of our inventory is situated in China, which may result in the shipment of multiple packages for a single order.

We prioritise the convenience of our customers, and as such, orders are shipped via our trusted UK courier partners.

Rest assured, there's no need for customers to engage in any customs-related matters. Please keep in mind that, at this time, we only offer next-day delivery services for selected stocked products and you will find this information on individual product pages.

Should you place an order for both Human Hair Extensions and Synthetic Hair Extensions, you will receive two separate deliveries based on the shipping times below.

Delivery details:- 

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods.

If goods are returned to us due to an address error, we are not obliged to re-send at our expense, however, redelivery at our standard rate will be offered or a refund less the postal expense on receipt of the returned parcel.

Delivery Delays:- 

Just Long Hair Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver or perform due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for Acts of God, acts of Buyer, acts of any governmental authority, strikes or other labor disturbances, delays in transportation, fuel or energy shortages, or inability to obtain necessary components, services, or facilities from usual sources.

In the unlikely event, a parcel is delayed we will work with you to trace and locate the parcel as promptly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after the original shipment date, and you will not receive a refund or replacement until 15 working days from the original shipment date has passed. for items sent overseas, it is not deemed to be lost or delayed until at least 25 working days have passed.
